The prices of our apartment in Tenerife fluctuate throughout the year due to seasonality, local events, and general availability. 📆🎊 During Christmas, from December 20 to January 10, prices are higher, and we require a minimum stay of two weeks. 🎄🎉
In May and June, prices are lower, allowing visitors to enjoy the island’s ideal climate with fewer crowds, offering a peaceful and relaxing experience. 🌺🌞 This period is perfect for those who want to explore Tenerife at a slower pace and fully enjoy everything it has to offer.

*Free Hours: Check-ins and check-outs are free during our office hours, Monday to Friday, from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
*Supplement Outside Office Hours: Outside these hours, as well as on weekends and public holidays, a supplement of €50 will apply.
