Dear Guest, You are about to read a very important information, please pay attention: It is not a hotel, it is a private apartment legally registered in the Canary Islands, and we are an agency that manages apartments in the south of the island of Tenerife and for years we have been helping thousands of people to make their vacations as pleasant as possible. Our office is open from Monday to Friday from 9:30 to 17:30 and for them in the out of office hours we charge the check in and check out (standard rate 40€), as we do not have 24 hours reception as in Hotel.

OTHER INFORMATION - In case the guest stays until the end of the stay, it is not possible to request a refund from the host. - The agency does not issue any kind of invoice to the guests. If proof of stay is needed, we can only provide receipts.
In the building there is a communal heated seawater swimming pool. Sea water swimming pool. Price per day and per person. Sun lounger € 3,50, sun lounger € 1,50, awning € 1,50. The pool is open from 09:00 to 19:00 in summer and from 09:00 to 18:00 in winter. We offer free beach towels, NO PARTIES ALLOWED! Spanish law obliges us to give the police the details of all the people staying in the apartment, so we have to ask for your passport. We are not very enthusiastic about this idea, but rules are rules. Only people officially named in the reservation are allowed to sleep in the apartment. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. Please do not leave garbage on the floor. Due to the central location it can be noisy. Bed linen and towels are changed weekly. January 1st is the only day of the year that we are closed, we do not check in or check out!!!!
Parque Santiago 2 in Las Americas is located in front of the beach and has an outdoor swimming pool, bar, ATM and supermarket, several cab and bus stops. The area includes several beaches. In this area of the island of Tenerife sports such as water skiing, scuba diving and windsurfing are practiced, as well as a large number of boat trips, including dolphin and whale watching, pirate ship rides and a trip to the seabed aboard a yellow submarine. It also features Golf Las Americas, an 18-hole course in the heart of the resort. It offers stunning views and lakes that meander the entire length of the course. If you want to test your skills in this special environment, head to nearby Golf del Sur, the southern highlight for golfers. El aeropuerto más cercano es TFS, que está a unos 20 km. Para llegar al piso puede tomar un taxi por unos 30 euros (20/25 minutos de trayecto). También puede utilizar el transporte público: el autobús (línea 40) tarda unos 35 minutos y cuesta 3,70euros por persona. En el lugar podrá desplazarse fácilmente con los autobuses o a pie si desea quedarse en la zona.
