The prices of our apartment in Tenerife fluctuate throughout the year due to seasonality, local events, and general availability. 📆🎊 During Christmas, from December 20 to January 10, prices are higher, and we require a minimum stay of two weeks. 🎄🎉
In May and June, prices are lower, allowing visitors to enjoy the island’s ideal climate with fewer crowds, offering a peaceful and relaxing experience. 🌺🌞 This period is perfect for those who want to explore Tenerife at a slower pace and fully enjoy everything it has to offer.
✨Self Check-in for a Hassle-Free Arrival
✨ This apartment operates with self check-in, meaning you don't need our presence to enter. 🏡🔑
The check-in is done entirely online a few days before your arrival. You will receive a message inviting you to register in advance. ⚠️ All guests staying in the apartment must complete this online registration. Once completed, you will automatically receive the access codes to the apartment. 📩✅
If you need assistance on the day of your arrival, our team is available Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, and this service is free of charge. 😊🕘

If you rent a car to explore Tenerife, please note that there is no private parking within the complex. However, public parking spaces are available nearby 🚙. As the area is highly sought after, finding a spot during the day can be difficult, but parking is more accessible in the evening 🌙. For added convenience, a paid public parking lot, Zentral Center Parking, is located just 600 meters from the apartment.
If you prefer to use public transportation, a bus stop 🚌 is also located 600 meters away, allowing you to easily get around the island. For excursions to must-see sites such as Teide, Siam Park, or Siam Mall, there is a departure point nearby with several tourist bus lines, offering an ideal solution to explore Tenerife without worrying about parking 🚏🌍.
