To ensure that your stay goes as smoothly as possible, here are some important things to know:

• Additional charges: Additional charges each day apply for the use of sun-beds (3.50€), parasols (1.50€) and mattress (1.50€) at the complex's swimming pool. These facilities are available for your comfort and relaxation by the pool.
• Accessibility: The apartment is located on the first floor and it served by an elevator or stairs. 
• Pool opening hours: The pool is open from 9am to 7pm from mid-July to early September. The rest of the year, it's open from 9am to 6pm, so you can enjoy the facilities all day long.
• Beach towels: We also provide beach towels for your convenience.

Neighbourhood

Parque Santiago 2 in Las Americas is located in front of the beach and has an outdoor swimming pool, bar, ATM and supermarket, several cab and bus stops. The area includes several beaches. It is also one of the places where the largest leisure offer in the south of Tenerife with bars, pubs, terraces, restaurants, and numerous nightclubs.

Near the apartment there are several places of interest, such as the Pyramid of Arona convention center, the TIBU Tenerife, the Beach Club Papagayo and the famous Hard Rock Cafe. In this area of the island of Tenerife sports such as water skiing, scuba diving and windsurfing are practiced, as well as a large number of boat trips, including dolphin and whale watching, pirate ship rides and a trip to the seabed aboard a yellow submarine. It also features Golf Las Americas, an 18-hole course in the heart of the resort. It offers stunning views and lakes that meander the entire length of the course. If you want to test your skills in this special environment, head to nearby Golf del Sur, the southern highlight for golfers.

The Parque Santiago 2 complex is located in Playa de las Américas, about a 20-minute drive from the airport. For those choosing to rent a vehicle, parking in the evening can be relatively simple, while finding a spot during the day often proves challenging due to the complex's central location being very busy. The proximity to the beach and the presence of numerous shops, bars, restaurants, and supermarkets nearby make the use of a car not essential for residents and visitors. For those who prefer not to use a car, the Zentral Center bus stop is located 600 meters from the complex, offering connections to different parts of the island, including the airport (line 40). Therefore, the complex provides easy access to various amenities and transportation options, making the stay of visitors with or without a vehicle easier.
